Devices supporting the transition to Meditech Expanse have begun arriving at partnering hospital sites.
Over the next few weeks, necessary infrastructure work will continue and new devices will be deployed in various locations across hospital departments. This may include monitors, docking stations, workstations on wheels (WOW) carts, printers and other equipment as required.
Staff may notice equipment deliveries, installation work or changes to some workspaces during this period. Managers and affected teams will receive more information before deployment begins in their areas, including any steps needed to prepare workspaces.
Please do not move, disconnect or decline equipment without first speaking with your IT team. Any concerns related to space, workstation setup, accessibility or ergonomics should be raised with your manager so they can be reviewed before installation.
